Drink Ahoy!

What you need: 

5 large kiwi, peeled or not
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of strawberries
1 1/2 bananas peeled
1 tsb. of lemon/lime juice for zip
4 Tbl. coco-nut juice (optional)
3 pinches of a lemon skin
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/5 cup of ice cold water

What you do: 

Add all ingredient BUT the ice in a blender. Blend until desired. Pour about half of the ice into a jug and and pour the blended stuff on top. Add the rest of the ice on top and chill for 3 minutes in a freezer. Stir slightly. Serve immediatly.
VERY Healthy!
