Detox Salad

What you need: 

7 asparagus spears, trimmed and chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped small
1 large orange, sectioned and chopped
1 large handful fresh spinach, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 avocado, chopped, optional
drizzle olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
few dashes cayenne
1 cup cooked brown lentils

What you do: 

1. Add all vegetables and fruit to large bowl.
2. Squeeze lemon over the vegetables and drizzle in some olive oil.
3. Add the seasonings and mix well.
4. Warm the lentils, and stir them in last.
Enjoy with a hot cup of cleansing Green Tea.
