Delicious Cold Peanut Soba Noodles

What you need:

1 (8 ounce) bundle soba noodles
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk marinade
1/2 teaspoon agave
1-2 tablespoons nondairy nog or milk (I use Silk Nog or soy milk)

What you do:

1. Prepare noodles according to the package directions. Once they are done, rinse them in a strainer until cool.
2. For sauce, add peanut butter to bowl, then pour in marinade, agave, and nog or milk. Heat this mixture in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds, or until the peanut butter is mostly melted.
3. Take it out of the microwave and stir by hand with a spoon or fork until it's evenly distributed and a smooth sauce.
4. Pour noodles nto the bowl with the sauce. Mix them together until the sauce is evenly distributed among the noodles.
Enjoy!
Source of recipe: I was looking through the pantry and I found some soba noodles. I'd never made them before, so I figured I'd try now. This was what I came up with.
