Delicious Apple Salad

What you need: 

2 apples, cored and cubed
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons plain nondairy yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; evenly mix.
