Curry Seasoned Tofu Bites

What you need: 

1 (14 ounce) package extra firm tofu
1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 teaspoon dill weed
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 rounded teaspoon curry powder

What you do: 

1. Drain tofu and wrap in a towel. Place a heavy item over it such as a plate and allow to sit for 15 minutes, removing excess moisture.
2. Heat canola oil in frying pan over medium heat. Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place into heated pan. Cook, turning occasionally, for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides.
3. Remove tofu from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
Source of recipe: I love tofu, especially in little seasoned bite-sized pieces, so I created this recipe to enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Just made this and it is yummy! I didn't have onion powder so I just used garlic powder and instead of garlic salt just added a little extra salt.
One time I squeezed a bit of lemon since it was left over from another recipe I was making and it made it even better, though it doesn't need it.
I will be making this again.

Mmmm, curry and dill, I wouldn't have put those two together myself but this was very yummy.  The only change I made was tossing the tofu in the seasoning before cooking so the spices would toast too. Thanks for the recipe.
