Creamy Red Beans and Rice

What you need: 

1 cup rice cooked in liquid of your choice
1 16 oz can red beans or kidney beans
1 white onion, diced
1/2 cup vegan sour cream
1/2 cup grated vegan parmesan vegan cheese
oil

What you do: 

Saute the onion in 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil until golden brown. Add the beans and heat for about 2 minutes. Add rice, vegan sour cream and vegan cheese. Mix well. Enjoy!
