SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is delicious!!! I served it over quinoa with zuchinni and red pepper, slightly sauteed. It will be made again, only a larger batch next time. I saw this and it seemed as though it would be tasty, however, it far exceeded my expectations. I Love this ;D

Yum!  This sauce was even better than I expected.  The spices worked perfectly, and you can't really decipher what is in it when you are eating it.  It was a little gritty, but it didn't really bother me.  If it bothers you, maybe you should try griding the nuts in a dry blender and then adding the water.  That would probably do the trick.  I added about 1/8th of a teaspoon or so of arrowroot powder to make it even thicker

This is great over couscous!
