Cool Cucumber Chains
What you need:
cucumber (as much as you want)
What you do:
It's not really a recipe... just a fun way to eat cucumbers! Great for kids!
Cut a cucumber into 2 inch long cylinders. Remove the core with a paring knife. Slice it into 1/4 inch rings. Make a slit in every other ring. Link the rings together to form a chain.
How cute it that???

you made these the way i would have thought to do it... if i ate cucumbers!
Are you making fun of me? >:( These were made in my pre-"knife incident" days. Now when I make them, I use a butter knife. And sprinkle garlic salt on them. Yum.
I think I did this the wrong way. Instead of linking them like an "S," I cut smaller (3/4") cylinders and made them like a paper ring chain. Still sooooper cute! Pic coming...
