Clints High Energy Quick Cereal

What you need: 

1/2 cup uncooked Quaker Oatmeal
1/2 cup Grapenuts cereal
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tablespoon Kretschmers Wheat germ
1 cup rice milk (or soy milk)

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in a cereal bowl and stir. Its delicious and full of carbohydrate energy!
