Chunky Guacamole

What you need: 

2 ripe avocados
2 spring onions, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of pepper
1/2 sweet lime, juiced

What you do: 

Half avocados and remove the pits. Put in bowl and mash with fork, add in chopped veggies, garlic, sweet lime, pepper and any additional spices you may like. Serve with taco chips, veggies or whatever tickles your fancy!
