Yum Yum this is Good no this is awesome http://urfundamast.blogspot.com/
This Chocolate Glaze is amazing, thank you!! I used Ghirardelli chocolate cocoa & topped the Baked Doughnut Nuggets (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=5817.0) with it right away & it tasted awesome!! We were scraping our doughnuts in the glaze off the plate & the pot to be sure we got it all =p As awesome as the glaze tastes warm & eaten all drippy right away, it's even better when it cools. Be sure to put your sprinkles on when its wet!! Seems like common sense, but I made the mistake & didn't do that with all my treats so I couldn't sprinkle some of them (just bounces off the glaze once cooled.) So anyway, thanks again. Oh yeah, and I used Agave Nectar instead of corn syrup, like someone else suggested!
I used agave syrup instead of corn syrup. Yummy!
I love this, and definitely recommend doubling the recipe. I forgot the corn syrup, but it was still great.
I would like to make this but I refuse to put corn syrup in anything, any suggestions? I also dont use agave
amazing recipe! changed it a little, used lots less sugar and used brown sugar not powdered, added about 3t extra cocoa and used no corn syrup. It rocked, i put it on the "Super moist Chocolate Cake" too.
