Chickpea Burgers

What you need: 

1 cup chickpeas, cooked
half a handful parsley
1/4 a carrot
2 sundried tomatoes
white onion, to taste
red onion, to taste
red pepper flakes, to taste
1 1/2-2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil

What you do: 

1. Put the first 8 ingredients (through flour) into a food processor, and process until blended.
2. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the cumin, salt, and pepper. Add some olive oil in and mix it around.
3. Form mixture into patties, and fry the patties until both sides are brown.
Source of recipe: Just playing around in the kitchen and this is what I came up with.
