8 corn tortillas
What you do:
1. Cook all together (except tortillas!) in a non-stick skillet.
2. Serve in tortilla shells along with toppings such as salsa, vegan cheese and sour cream.
This is a very yummy recipe. Friends of mine make this for breakfast all time. I put 8 servings, but who can eat just one?

SO HOW'D IT GO?
My absolute favorite tofu recipe! i crave this all the time and always double it when i make it. I add cilantro while cooking.
really tasty! Just made these !I didn't really measure anything, but it came out just right, not too salty. I added cumin instead of the turmeric and also a little chili powder. I also sauteed up some green pepper that I had in the fridge. I thought it tasted just like chicken fajitas. We had these on blue corn taco shells and some unbleached soft shells with romaine lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, lime, and some Newman's Own salsa. ^-^
These were wayyy too salty
These were good. I didn't have shells, so I just used corn tortillas. They were still delicious. Next time, I will use fewer onions or add more tofu (and maybe some black beans) and follow beachpotato's suggestion to freeze and press first (although they were good without doing that). I also added vegan sour cream and sprouts. Delicious, fast, and easy. I will definitely be making these again - I love 'em. Thanks!
i added too much chicken seasoning, but these were still great. this would be a perfect way to introduce someone to tofu for the 1st time (after freezing/pressing tofu, of course.) :)
I thought that the amount of soy sauce and nutritional yeast was a bit much, but it worked out fine. The tofu winds up tasting vaguely cheesy/chicken-ish, but is really good. We added sour cream, cilantro, and sriracha sauce to the tacos.
They are very good and was actually had more flavor then I thought they would, I did not use corn tortillas, but used a spinach tortillas which are much larger then the corn ones but I was able to get six servings out of it.
