Cellentani Chop Suey

What you need:

1 pound package of Cellentani style pasta
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 white onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 package meatless ground burger ( I use Boca, you can use whatever brand you like)
olive oil
dash of pepper
one can tomato sauce, of your choice

What you do:

Cook pasta according to directions.
While pasta is cooking: In medium sauce pan, first saute the onions, peppers, and garlic with olive oil on med. heat until slightly browned. Probably around 5 minutes.
Open packet of ground burger, place in a dish and microwave for 1 minute. Then add to the pan of browned veggies. Also pour in the can of spaghetti sauce and dash with pepper. Continue to stir and simmer until hot then mix with the finishe'd pasta, and you're done! Its great with cornbread, or biscuits.
Note: When most people make chop suey, they use elbow macaroni. Although I find the texture of the cellentani really adds to it. You could always use a different kind of pasta. =] Experiment and enjoy.
