Celery Salad

What you need: 

3 large celery stalks
1/2 small turnip
fresh cilantro stalks
cashews (optional)

What you do: 

Pulse till grated to tiny chunks or to taste. That's it. Maybe heated in fry pan with some vegan broth and/or coconut oil and mixed with favorite lentils or baby chick peas or serve over quinoa or stuff mushrooms or sweet peppers. Enjoy.
