Buckshot Dip

What you need: 

2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups Chi-Chis Salsa, or your favorite
1/4 cup sliced green onion, including tops
1/2 cup almond vegan mayonnaise or equivalent

What you do: 

Large bag of corn chips or tortilla chips
I use a 15 1/2 ounce can of black beans for this recipe, but if you prefer to use home-cooked they work too! Drain and rinse them and mix with the salsa and green onion. Pour into serving bowl and chill for 1 hour, if desired, place dollop of almond mayo in center of bowl just before serving, do not mix in. Serve with large bag of chips, and prepare to make more!
