Broccoli Raisin Salad

What you need: 

4 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup cooked vegan bacon
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

What you do: 

Cook vegan bacon and chop into little pieces.
Mix chopped broccoli, raisins, and bacon in a medium-big sized bowl.
In another bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and vegan mayonnaise, and stir to combine.
Add the dressing to the broccoli mix and stir to coat it all. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, it tastes better cold, then keep the leftovers refrigerated.
You really wouldn't think that broccoli, raisins, and bacon would go together but it is surprisingly delicious!
