Breadmaker Low Sodium Banana Bread

What you need: 

1 1/4 cup mashed banana (mash until liquified)
3 tablespoon molasses
2 cups unbleached flour
1/3 cup vital gluten flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shelled walnuts
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 teaspoon yeast

What you do: 

Put the first two (liquid) ingredients in the vegan breadmaker pan.
Premix the remaining (dry) ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the vegan breadmaker pan.
Immediately, insert the pan back into the vegan breadmaker. Set the vegan breadmaker for an ordinary loaf (usually default); don't use the delay timer. Start immediately.
