Blue-Nana Smoothie
What you need:
1 banana, peeled
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
½ cup apple juice
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
What you do:
Simply add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed; blend and enjoy!
