The Best Smoothie
What you need:
1 large banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons soaked hemp seed
1 tablespoon ground cacao nibs
2 tablespoons carob powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
spring water to desired consistency
What you do:
Please use all organic ingredients and blend until smooth!

The cocoa nibs made it a bit "chuncky". I tried grinding them down and finally just started using Cocoa powder. Much more smooth. I do grind up the hemp seed to it also made it smoother. I added a tablespoon of EFA and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Good recipe and it tastes great. Would definitely recommend. Like the unorthodox ingredients.
Went well. The cocoa nibs made the smoothie a bit chuncky and grainy. I tried ginding them down. Eventually, I just switched to cocoa powder. I also added a tablespoon of EFA and also chia seeds. I like the alternative and unique ingredients in this shake! Taste good too!
