Bean Dip

What you need: 

1 can chilli beans (rinse well)
6 cloves of garlic (rocambole)
ground red pepper to taste
cumin to taste
V-8 juice (to desired thickness)

What you do: 

Blend beans with a little V-8 until it has a dip-like consistency. Press garlic into the beans and add the pepper and cumin. Blend again.
I dip vegan crackers in my own bean dip.
