Banana-Cocoa Smoothie

What you need: 

3 whole frozen bananas
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 rounded tablespoon all natural peanut butter
1 cup nondairy milk (I use Rice Dream)
1-2 dates, optional

What you do: 

1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Add dates for extra sweetness.
2. Blend until smooth.

I made this smoothie this morning, and I LOVED it! So good, and I will be making this again!

I didn't have cocoa powder, so I used Nesquik (I'm not completely sure if that's vegan), it was good.

Yeah, Nesquik is vegan.  Chocolate vanilla and strawberry all are.

Can you use normal milk for this? I'm not a vegan, but don't eat eggs so yeah.

This recipe was really good!  I used almond butter instead of peanut, but I want to try the PB too.  Also I only had 2 frozen bananas so I added a little silken tufu.  My omni hubbie loved it!

THIS RECIPE WAS OK. I ADDED SOME SHREDDED COCONUTS WHICH MADE IT TASTE A BIT BETTER. BUT OVERALL THIS RECIPE WAS GOOD ; )

yum, i wasnt planning on making anything.  im actually rather full from lunch, but i saw this and just had to make it!! threw it together in a minute or two, added in dates and agave.  YUM!  didnt freeze the bananas, but still really good.
boyfriend just said "this is really good"
