Banana Chocolate Protein Shake

What you need: 

1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
1 banana
3-4 ice cubes
protein powder (optional)
a splash of soy milk (I use Silk Vanilla Soy Milk)

What you do: 

Mix it all together! *Bananas are a wonderful way to thicken a shake (if you like the flavor); so add more for a thicker consistency.
This is a great sweet-tooth satisfier but also just a yummy way to wake up!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I tried it in our house but I don't have any photo. Bananas are terrific, heart-healthy food when included in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. While many factors affect heart disease, diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of this disease. Naturally fat-, cholesterol- and sodium-free and a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, manganese and vitamins B6 & C.

Banana chocolate protein shake is my favorite protein drink specially in the morning. It provides energy and good for bodybuilders for gaining weight and muscles.
