Balsamic Bean Salad

What you need: 

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can red beans, rinsed
1/2 cup black olives, sliced (kalamata are good)
1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1 small leek, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
dash salt
lots of pepper

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together. You can serve it immediately, but its very tasty after being in the fridge for a couple of hours.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i just made this salad...its great!  its very spicy, making my nose run haha.........i didnt have any green olives so i excluded those and i added one extra tablespoon of balsamic and lots of black pepper....i think it would be great served with rice or wrapped in a piece of flatbread to make a sandwich..... thanks so much!
