Anna's What Can I Do With This Red Cabbage Salad

What you need: 

3 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/2 sweet vidalia onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup pine nuts, slivered almonds or other nuts
1/2 cup white raisins
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium lemons, juiced
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
herbal salt, to taste (I use Herbamere)

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
Source of recipe: I had a red cabbage and not much else to work with for dinner. This is what came of it.
