Amazing Chili

What you need: 

2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans. drained
2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained

What you do: 

1. Saute the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes until the onion is soft about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chili powder and cumin and cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Add all ingredients in the crock pot, stirring to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Finally, a recipe that calls for an entire can of tomato paste.  ;)b
This recipe sound delicious! Headed to the grocery store now.

I made it yesterday and it was fantastic, I had some of my non vegan friends try it and they loved it.  I made  some modifications, I used 2 cans of tomato sauce instead on tomato paste, I don't like the taste of tomato paste, I also used fresh beans instead of can and I just used kidney beans only, thanks for the recipe.

I am in the beginning stages of the chili and although I have at least 5 to 8 hours before I can actually give a real review but so far it is the BOMB!I added frozen whole kernal corn for color and a little more red pepper flakes for more heat...it tastes so good I can't wait until its done so I have a good hearty bowl... thanks for this recipe :D ;)b
