Sneaky Moms Chili

What you need: 

1 bag burger-style crumbles
1 can black beans
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon chili powder
Any other seasonings you care for!

What you do: 

Dump everything except the soy crumbles in a big pot. If you like your chili a bit more watery, add 1/2 cup of the old water. Heat at medium until onion is reasonably transparent and mixture is nice and bubbly. Add burger-style crumbles and heat through. Serve w/ tofu shreds. TIP: I occasionally add one vegetarian bullion cube in at the beginning, and sometimes I sprinkle in a little Italian herb seasoning. I made this one up, so things vary...depends on how I feel. The kids are convinced this is real chili. They just don't know how desperate I am to convert them to a veggie diet, and how sneaky I can be! :)
