100 Calorie Chocolate Pick-Me-Up

What you need:

2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons nondairy milk
2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vegan margarine

What you do:

Combine everything in a small cup.
I often add extra peanut butter, coconut, granola, or dried fruit if I need more sustenance.
Source of recipe: I always make a pot before cracking open the books. The combination of caffeine, theobromine, sugar, and a bit of fat keeps my brain perky for a long haul. This is a simple recipe, but it's so good and works well!

Holy Moly!  This is sooo tasty.  I think I  will be eating this everyday.  it tastes like brownie batter, totally fixes my chocolate cravings. :)>>>

I'm trying to lose a few pounds, but I have been craving frosted brownies like crazy, plus exams are coming up so I have no time to bake- and I was surprised this was actually pretty yummy, it did taste like brownie batter!
Added about 1 tbsp chocolate chips (so mine was 170 delicious calories).

I needed a chocolate fix right away, but was too tired to invest lots of time into anything. This recipe was perfect! It really did taste like brownie batter. For some reason, I imagined that this would have a thicker consistency, but it was actually really soupy. I'm not complaining though! Thanks for sharing!

I just tried this because we all wanted dessert, but I didn't want to work too hard. It was wonderful! The whole family loved it.  :)>>>

It really did taste like brownie batter. I'm tempted to make a really big batch next time to try baking it.

Very tasty, simple dessert for when you need a chocolate fix NOW. Added some peanut butter and it was good.

I have a lot of fun with this recipe ;) I play around with different dried fruits and nuts then add a little flour to thicken it up... it kind of like gewy brownie batter :)>>> MMmmmmm!
