100 Calorie Chocolate Pick-Me-Up

What you need: 

2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons nondairy milk
2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vegan margarine

What you do: 

Combine everything in a small cup.
I often add extra peanut butter, coconut, granola, or dried fruit if I need more sustenance.
Source of recipe: I always make a pot before cracking open the books. The combination of caffeine, theobromine, sugar, and a bit of fat keeps my brain perky for a long haul. This is a simple recipe, but it's so good and works well!
