2 tablespoons vegan mustard
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1. Mix ingredients in a small bowl with a spoon.

I eyeballed the relative amounts, but it came out smooth, creamy, and didn't separate after several hours in the fridge.
