2 cups whole grain flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
3. Roll the dough and cut it in 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then slightly flatten.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
Variations:- Tomato bagel: Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste.- Sesame-garlic bagel: Roll dough balls in a mixture of sesame seeds and dried garlic.- Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds Bagels: Roll dough balls in seeds.
All of them were really good but always one is the best and this time it was the sesame seed with garlic. However the tomato one was nicely moist.
