Simple Vegan Herb-Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients: 

1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup soymilk
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon each crushed rosemary, basil, sage, thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese

Directions: 

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand.
3) Drop onto a greased baking sheet and cook for 11 to 13 minutes.
*And, for even FASTER biscuits, substitute the flour and baking powder for 2 cups of Bisquick. The biscuits will taste a little different since Bisquick contains sugar and some other spices.
I've never tried this, but a friend swears by this faster method...
