Power Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 handful of cashew nuts
1/4 cup of soy protein or soy flour
2 cups of soy milk or rice milk
2 cup of apple juice
1/4 cup of hemp protein (hulled hemp seed)
2 bananas
1 apple
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 dessert spoons of hemp seed oil

Directions: 

This is a great shake to have as a meal replacement, or to have for a great start to the day.
The shake has a very high fat and protein content, good for having after doing lots of physical training or heavy work.
Crush the nuts with 1 cup of the soy milk. Blend all the ingredients together until completely smooth.
Tastes yummy, makes you feel full of energy.
