2 tablespoons vegan sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
1 can (16 ounces) sliced beets, drained reserving 1/2 cup liquid
1. Combine vegan sugar, cornstarch and salt. Str in beet liquid, the vinegar and margarine.
2. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
3. Stir in beets. Cook until heated through.
