2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (12-ounce) pack firm or extra-firm tofu, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise, or to taste
1/2 cup green and red bell peppers, mixed
1/2 cup diced onions
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon parsley
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add tofu; fry till golden brown.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; gently toss to mix well. Best served in a pita pocket
