Salted Almonds

Ingredients: 

200 g almonds
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste

Directions: 

Blanch the almonds and rub the peel off. Then, when dry again, put them into a pan with the olive oil and toast them on low to medium heat until they are nicely browned. Then add salt to taste.
This is great for nibbling with a glass of vegan wine or vegan beer. Quite addictive!
