4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 lemon, zest of
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
Place garlic in a bowl. Mix in balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar; then mix in water, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix in with lettuce and serve.
