1 med onion
5 to 6 nos. potatoes
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon caynne pepper
4 teaspoon cooking oil
salt to taste
Wash, Cook and peel the potatoes. Mash them and keep it aside. Chop up onions. Heat the oil in a wok and add the onions to saute till golden and crisp. Add the frozen peas and stir for a minute. Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, caynne pepper & salt. Stir them to blend in all the ingredients.Cook uncovered for approx. 15 minutes on very slow fire, till potatoes turn crisp. Serve with vegan bread or rice.
