(for Pasta and Pizza)
3/4 cup tofu, patted dry and crumbled
1/2 cup tofu cheese or any cheese substitute
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 parsley
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup soy milk
salt & pepper (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 6-9 minutes.
