1 cup instant soya milk powder (not the kind that needs boiling)
(Better Than Milk works great)
2/3 cup white sugar
3 tablespoon margarine
1/3 cup boiling water
1. Mix the soya milk powder and vegan sugar in a bowl2. Melt the margarine into the water3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry4. Beat with an electric mixer 2 minutes5. Refrigerate overnight6. Keeps 1 week refrigerated
