1 stick soy margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup soy or rice milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups dry oat meal
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until till well blended. Remove from heat. Drop batter by teaspoon onto wax paper. Place in refrigerator until completely cool.
