3 cups cold soy milk (I use VitaSoy Creamy)
1 frozen banana (if you don't want to wait for it to freeze, add regular banana, and a handful of ice)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup (I use Grade A Dark)
Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
Put all ingredients in blender (you'll need a good one to tackle a frozen banana). Blend until smooth.
