1 cup soy milk (vanilla is my favorite)
2 oz silken tofu
2 cups frozen strawberries (or whatever fruit you choose, this is my fav)
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoon maple syrup (or your own sweetener)
I like to mix the soy, tofu, vanilla and syrup first to make sure it is all blended then add the strawberries.
This is what I eat for breakfast everyday. You can switch the fruit of your choice. It really fills you up and will last well into lunch.
