1 1/2 cups organic dark brown sugar
1 cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sea salt
3 teaspoons curry powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until well combined and there are no lumps left or give it a quick whiz in a clean, dry blender.
2. Store mix in an airtight jar.
3. To use, add 3 Tbsp mix to the bottom of your mug and fill with hot soymilk. Stir and behold the deliciousness. For extra fanciness, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
* This recipe can be altered for camping or emergency preparedness by adding 2-1/2 cups organic dry soymilk powder. Add hot filtered water and let the curry cocoa goodness begin!
