Bean sprout salad

Ingredients: 

1/2 lb mung bean sprouts, rinsed

1/4 tsp salt

1 finely chopped green onion

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

1 tsp soy sauce

1tsp rice vinegar

Directions: 

Parboil bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Rinse in cold water.

Cook the garlic in the sesame oil on low for a few minutes.

Toss the bean sprouts with seasoning ingredients and garlic.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.
