Sundried Tomato/Basil Hummus

What you need: 

1/2 cup hummus (store bought or homemade)
2 tablespoon undried tomatoes (oil packed), roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
3 tablespoons raw cashews, roughly chopped
3-4 tablespoons olive oil

What you do: 

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Drizzle in oil slowly until you get the desired consistency. I like to spread mine on wheat crisps.
Source of recipe: I was trying to find a way to use up my hummus and this is what I came up with.
