SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is very good and easy.  I added a tablespoon of rice protein powder.

mmmmm yummy. it definitely needs ice. i used frozen bananas, but i'd recommend using crushed ice, or frozen pineapple juice (just leave out the cinnamon if you use pineapple-- it's never a good combination!) the pineapple gives it a nice tropical kick.

thanks!! ;)b

Good!  The cinnamon adds are really nice and unique flavor.

I used canned peaches and a bit less milk then suggested so it would be thicker.  I also added a table spoon of flax seeds for more nutritional kick!  I think next time I'll add a little ice.  I find it strange to drink a room temperature smoothie.

But really, very good!  Highly recommended.
