What you need:
1 container plain soy yogurt
olive oil
salt
What you do:
- Line a colander with paper towel or coffee filter.
- Place over bowl.
- Put all yogurt in colander and let strain overnight or until thick and creamy.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Top with salt and olive oil before serving and eat with warm pita bread
*Good With: tomatoes, olives, tofu scrambles or omelets, pizza crust.. etc.
