SO HOW'D IT GO?

Not true about romaine lettuce--seehttp://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2475/2
"a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Folate, Iron, Potassium and Manganese."
One large outer leaf has 33% of your vitamin A, 36% of vitamin K  and 10% of folate requirements.
Sure, kale and spinach are better, but don't knock romaine...
