Broccoli and "Meat" Pockets

What you need: 

1 1/2 cups of biscuit mix (check ingredients)
1/2 cup of soy milk
a head of broccoli
burger-style crumbles (use as much as you like)
soy cheese (use as much as you like)

What you do: 

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Steam broccoli briefly so it is barely cooked.
Mix biscuit mix and soy milk together, and knead.
Roll out dough on a floured surface. Cut circles out of the dough.
Place the broccoli and soy cheese and crumbles on a dough circle. Put another on top and pinch them together.
Put them on a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 7-10 minutes.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Just made these to take for lunch tomorrow and I must say, I am very pleased. I was worried about the biscuts being raw in the center...but they were perfect! Thanks for the awsome idea!
