Erikas Spicy Veggie Wrap
What you need:
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup meat substitute of choice (I use Yves Veggie Ground Beef)
1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
a few leaves of lettuce
garlic powder to taste
whole wheat burrito
What you do:
Put olive oil, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and meat substitute in a frying pan and heat it all up. Add garlic powder to taste, or whatever spice you enjoy. Place on burrito with lettuce, wrap and enjoy!
